So what is an RSS?

What does it mean: It stands for Really Simple Syndication and is simply a way to view snippets of a sites content without having to visit the site.
Simple. A simple click of a button allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe any time you want.
Safe. RSS feeds work without using your e-mail address, so you don’t have to worry about privacy or spam. We have no idea who subscribes so you don’t have to worry about spam at all.
Timesaver. Instead of manually checking your favorite sites, a summary of news appears on your home page. If you’re interested in reading more, click on the summary and you’ll be instantly directed to the whole story.

Google™ Reader, FeedBurner and Bloglines are examples of commonly used newsfeed readers.

Welcome to the New look website

We have moved our site over to the popular Wordpress blogging software to allow us to update it it more often.

Over the next few weeks you should see some new exciting content being added as well as photos, news and information. Please bear with us during this period as we try and make it as painless as possible for you.

Cub Scout achieves badge record

A 10-year-old boy has gained all 33 cub scout badges in what the Scout Association says is a first for the UK
